The report a property manager gets after every Green Image visit.
This is a real Landscape Visit Report from a Green Image maintenance visit, made by the same system that makes every report. The community's name and the crew's names are taken off.

What you see in the sample
- The arrival and departure photos show the property when the crew got there and when the crew left.
- The time on site comes from the truck GPS, and the crew size comes from the crew's time entries.
- Each maintenance item is marked Done, Next visit or Not done, straight from the crew's checklist.
- A hazard the crew finds is flagged in red, with a photo, the risk and what Green Image recommends.
Our 3 person crew was on site on Monday, October 12 from 9:18 AM to 11:03 AM. This visit we mowed and edged the turf, weeded and detailed the beds, trimmed the bushes and hedges, and blew the walkways, entry and parking areas clean. We did not see any broken sprinkler heads, leaks or brown spots. We found a possible hazard on the property, shown in the photos below. We did not touch it and wanted you to know right away. Beds and shrubs looked healthy.

- Found
- A dead palm. Its fronds are dry and brown.
- Where
- In the planting bed beside a building walkway.
- Risk
- Dry fronds and the crown of a dead palm can fall onto the walkway.
- We recommend
- Having a tree crew check the palm for removal and replacement.

The safety hazard in this sample was found by a Green Image crew on a different community's visit. It is shown here so you can see how a hazard is reported. Every other line is from this visit.
