On a commercial property, an overgrown tree shows up as a list of small problems. A limb drags across a delivery truck. A sidewalk canopy hits residents at eye level. The monument sign at the entrance disappears behind a ficus. A manager hears about each one separately, usually from someone already annoyed.
Green Image provides commercial tree trimming for associations and commercial sites across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. We trim for clearance, safety and structure on a planned cycle, so the same complaints stop coming back. Trees are pruned to industry standards, not topped or stripped.

Canopy raising over sidewalks and parking areas is the most requested trimming work on commercial sites. We remove low limbs so pedestrians, vehicles and service trucks pass without contact. Clearance targets are set with you on the first walk, based on how each area is used: a pedestrian path, a drive aisle, a loading zone or a fire lane. We remove limbs at the branch collar and avoid taking too much live canopy in one visit, which stresses the tree.
Some trimming does more harm than good, and it is common in South Florida. We do not top trees, which causes weak, fast regrowth that breaks in wind. We do not lion tail limbs by stripping all interior growth. On palms, we do not do hurricane cuts that leave a few fronds pointing up. These cuts look tidy for a month and leave the tree weaker. If a board asks for one, we explain why and propose a cut that solves the actual concern.
Trimming pairs well with palm tree trimming and hedge trimming so the whole property is on one schedule. When a tree cannot be fixed by pruning, we will say so and quote tree removal as a separate item. Property managers with several sites can find more on our page for commercial property managers.
Call us and we will walk the property, mark clearance and safety issues, and send a written assessment with photos within 72 hours. Request a free quote or call (561) 309-9603.

Everything a board should check before it signs a landscape contract.
Late winter through spring is a good window for most shade trees, and it gets structural work done before hurricane season starts on June 1. Clearance problems over sidewalks and parking should be handled when they are found. Palms are trimmed on their own cycle based on frond and fruit production.
As a general practice, we avoid removing a large share of a tree’s live canopy in one visit. Heavy cuts stress the tree and trigger weak regrowth. If a tree needs a big change, we plan it over more than 1 cycle.
Yes. We schedule by area, coordinate parking closures with the manager in advance, and keep the work zone marked during the job. Debris is cleaned up before the crew leaves each area.
Removing dead wood and thinning dense crowns lets wind pass through and reduces the chance of limb failure. It does not make any tree storm proof. Topping or overpruning makes trees weaker, so we avoid it.
