The pool deck is the most used outdoor surface in most communities, and the one residents notice first when something is off. Lounge chairs get dragged across it, pool chemicals and sunscreen get spilled on it, and sun bakes it from morning to evening. When pavers start to shift, sink or stain, the complaints reach the board quickly.
Green Image installs and repairs pool deck and patio pavers for HOAs, condo associations and commercial properties. That covers pool surrounds, clubhouse patios, outdoor kitchens and seating areas, and other amenity spaces that residents and tenants use every day.

Amenity work is scheduled around the people using it. A pool deck that closes in peak season draws more complaints than the problem it fixes. We phase the job so part of the area stays usable where possible, coordinate closures with the manager ahead of time, and keep the work zone fenced off and clean at the end of each day.
On the surface itself, the choices that matter most for amenity areas are:
Clubhouse patios take a different kind of wear: tables and chairs, event setups and foot traffic between the building and the pool or parking. We build the base for that load, set solid edge restraint so the field does not spread into the beds, and plan the planting and hardscape lighting around the patio as one design.
Pool coping, pool shells, tile and equipment stay with the pool contractor. Poured concrete and other permitted construction goes through licensed subcontractors, coordinated by Green Image.
Amenity projects get voted on, so the proposal has to be clear. It covers which sections get reset and which get replaced, the paver product and color, how long each zone will be closed and what stays with the pool contractor. Ours names the scope, the materials and the exclusions in the same format every time, with no surprise line items later. For related work see paver walkways and the full hardscape page.
We walk the deck and patio with you and send a written assessment with photos and recommendations within 72 hours. To set it up, request a quote or call (561) 309-9603.

Everything a board should check before it signs a landscape contract.
Often part of it, yes. We phase the work, fence off active zones and coordinate any full closure with the manager in advance so residents get notice.
Lighter colored pavers and travertine are common choices because they absorb less heat than dark material. We will show you options and samples before anything is ordered.
No. Coping, tile, the pool shell and equipment stay with your pool contractor. We handle the paver deck around the pool and coordinate timing with them.
Repeated sinking usually means water is getting under the base, often from a leak or a drain problem. We find the cause before resetting so the repair holds.
