Green Image is the hardscape contractor Boca Raton HOAs, condo associations and commercial property managers call when the paved parts of a property start working against them. A paver at the main entrance sinks after a wet summer. A walkway by the pool lifts over a tree root and someone catches a toe on it. A slope beside a parking lot keeps sliding onto the asphalt. Each one is a repair on a list, and each one is a liability until it is fixed.

We build and repair the hardscape on commercial properties and in community common areas: paver entrances, walkways, pool decks and amenity areas, retaining walls and artificial turf. The same crews that maintain landscapes across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties do the work, so the hardscape and the planting around it are planned together instead of by 2 vendors who never talk.

Commercial Hardscaping We Build and Repair

  • Paver entrances and drives: monument entrances, entry drives, roundabouts and drop off areas. See paver driveway installation.
  • Walkways: common area paths, building approaches and paths between parking and amenities. See paver walkways.
  • Pool decks and clubhouse patios: amenity areas that take heavy foot traffic, chairs dragged across them and constant sun. See pool deck and patio pavers.
  • Retaining walls: segmental block walls for grade changes, parking edges, lake banks and raised planters. See retaining walls.
  • Artificial turf: dog parks, medians, shaded areas where sod keeps failing and pool surrounds. See artificial turf.

Pavers and retaining walls for HOAs are most of what we do in this category. New installs matter, but the steady work is keeping what a community already owns flat, tight and safe to walk on.

Sunken and Lifted Pavers Are a Liability Item

Pavers fail for a short list of reasons: the base under them washes out, a tree root pushes up from below, an irrigation leak softens the sand, or a utility cut was backfilled without proper compaction. The surface tells you something is wrong long before anyone gets hurt, but only if someone is looking.

Resetting is the fix in most cases. We pull the affected pavers, find and correct the cause, rebuild and compact the base, relay the original pavers where they are sound, and lock the joints with fresh sand. If a root is the cause, we say so and give the board options, because resetting over an active root only buys time.

For managers who answer to a board, this is where documentation counts. Every visit ends with photos of what was done and what needs attention next, so the trip hazard you reported has a before, an after and a date attached to it.

How a Hardscape Contractor Boca Raton Managers Trust Scopes the Work

  1. Walk: we walk the property with you or your maintenance lead and mark every problem area, not only the one on the work order.
  2. Assess: you get a written Property Assessment within 72 hours, with photos and plain recommendations ranked by risk.
  3. Propose: the proposal names the scope, the materials and the exclusions in the same format every time, so it can go straight into a board packet.
  4. Build: crews protect surrounding beds and irrigation, keep work zones coned off for residents and tenants, and clean up daily.
  5. Close out: you receive a photo record of the finished work for your files.

What Green Image Self Performs and What It Coordinates

Green Image crews install and repair pavers, segmental retaining walls and artificial turf, and handle the grading, drainage and planting that tie them into the site. Poured concrete, asphalt and other permitted construction work goes through licensed subcontractors. Green Image coordinates that work, keeps it on one schedule with ours and puts it on one proposal, so the manager has a single point of contact instead of 3.

Hardscape and drainage are often the same problem. A paver area that keeps sinking may have water running under it. When that is the case we scope the drainage fix with the paver repair rather than resetting the same section twice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on HOA and condo common areas or only commercial sites?

Both. Most of our hardscape work is in HOA and condo common areas: entrances, walkways, pool decks and amenity areas. We also work on office, retail and industrial properties.

Usually, when the original pavers are sound we reuse them during a reset, which keeps the color and pattern consistent. When replacements are needed we source the closest available match and show you samples before ordering.

No. Poured concrete, asphalt and other permitted construction work goes through licensed subcontractors. Green Image coordinates that work and keeps it on the same proposal and schedule as the hardscape it connects to.

Tell us the location and we will mark it and schedule the reset. You get photos of the area before and after the repair, dated, for your records.
