An entry drive takes more abuse than any other paved surface on a property. Garbage trucks, moving vans and delivery trucks turn on it every day. Over time the pavers rut in the wheel paths, sink near drains and spread at the edges, and the first thing every resident, tenant and visitor sees is a drive that looks tired.
Green Image handles paver driveway installation and repair for HOAs, condo associations and commercial properties. We build commercial paver entrances, entry drives, roundabouts and drop off areas, and we reset the ones that have started to fail. In communities where the association maintains unit driveways, we handle those too.

Pavers carry load through the base under them, not the pavers themselves. A drive built with a thin base, or with a base that was not compacted in lifts, holds up under cars and then ruts once trucks start using it. Edges without solid restraint let the field spread. Water from a leaking irrigation line or a clogged drain washes out the bedding sand from below.
On new work we size the base for the traffic the drive will actually see, compact it in layers, set solid edge restraint and slope the surface toward drainage. On repairs we find which of those failed before we reset anything.
Reusing the original pavers keeps the color and pattern consistent with the rest of the drive. Where pieces are cracked, we source the closest match and show you before ordering.
Green Image crews handle paver installation, base work, edge restraint, resetting and the landscape around the drive. Concrete curbs, aprons and asphalt tie ins are permitted work that goes through licensed subcontractors. Green Image coordinates it and keeps it on the same proposal, so the board approves 1 scope with named exclusions instead of piecing together bids from 3 trades.
If the drive problem is tied to walkways or drainage, we scope those together. See paver walkways and catch basin repair, or the full hardscape services page.
We walk the entrance with you, mark every problem section and send a written assessment with photos within 72 hours. To set it up, request a quote or call (561) 309-9603.

Everything a board should check before it signs a landscape contract.
In most cases, yes. We phase the work so part of the drive stays open, and we coordinate the schedule with the manager so residents and vendors get notice ahead of time.
If the pavers are sound and the problem is the base under them, resetting usually fixes it. If many pavers are cracked or the pattern no longer matches what can be sourced, the assessment will say so and lay out both options.
Yes. In communities where the association owns driveway upkeep, we can survey every unit driveway, list the problem ones with photos and schedule the repairs in phases.
