On the island, landscape work is judged by people who notice everything: condominium boards, club managers, hotel managers and Worth Avenue landlords whose tenants depend on the street looking right. A ragged hedge line or a tired entry bed gets noticed the same day, and the Town’s own rules decide when crews can work and what equipment they can run.
Green Image provides commercial landscaping Palm Beach condominium associations, clubs, hotels and commercial buildings can schedule around the Town’s calendar. Crews arrive inside the permitted hours, use equipment that fits the lot, and the manager gets a record of every visit.

The Town of Palm Beach sets landscaping hours by season. From the Monday before Thanksgiving through April 30, landscaping is limited to weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no work on weekends or legal holidays. Workers cannot arrive before 7:30 a.m. or start site activity before 8 a.m., and no lawn maintenance noise is allowed before 9 a.m. The rest of the year allows limited quiet work on Saturdays.
Equipment is regulated too. Gas powered leaf blowers are prohibited on any property under 1 acre, and blowers are capped at 65 dBA measured at 50 feet. In summer the Town bans fertilizer containing nitrogen or phosphorus from June 1 through September 30. Condo and estate grounds care on the island runs on this calendar, so a vendor who plans routes around mainland habits gets stopped at the curb.
The Town’s Architectural Commission, known as ARCOM, reviews new construction, landscaping and changes visible from public rights of way. Landmarked buildings go through the Landmarks Preservation Commission instead, and Worth Avenue has its own design guidelines. When a board wants to replace plant material or redo an entrance, Green Image writes the scope and plant list first so your architect or agent can confirm whether review applies before anything is ordered. Crews do not swap material on their own judgment, and a substitution that looks minor to a contractor can matter to a commission that approved the original plan. Landscape enhancements on the island start on paper.
Many island boards and owners spend part of the year somewhere else. After each visit the manager receives a summary of what was done and what needs attention next, with photos taken on site. A board member in another state can see the entrance hedge line without placing a call, and the manager has a dated record if a question comes up at the next meeting. When something needs a decision, such as a declining palm or a hedge with a gap, the report says so plainly and the account manager follows up before it becomes a complaint.
Green Image also works across the bridges in West Palm Beach and in Lake Worth Beach, so managers with buildings on both sides of the lagoon can use one vendor.
Call and we walk the property inside the Town’s working hours, then send a written assessment with photos within 72 hours. Start through the quote form or call (561) 309-9603.

Everything a board should check before it signs a landscape contract.
Yes. Routes for island properties are built around the Town’s seasonal hours, including the weekday only window from the Monday before Thanksgiving through April 30. Crews arrive inside the permitted time and noisy work starts after 9 a.m.
The Town prohibits gas powered leaf blowers on properties under 1 acre, so crews bring blowers that comply on those sites. Clippings are bagged or collected, never blown into the street.
It depends on the building and the change. ARCOM reviews landscaping and visible changes, and landmarked properties go through the Landmarks Preservation Commission. We put the proposed work in writing so your architect or the Town can confirm before anything is scheduled.
From June 1 through September 30, no fertilizer containing nitrogen or phosphorus goes down on island properties. Feeding is scheduled ahead of the ban, and products without those nutrients are used during it when turf or palms need support.
