About Green Image

We built a landscape company around the person who has to answer for it

Green Image has cared for commercial properties and HOA communities in South Florida for 14 years. Since new ownership took over in 2024, we have rebuilt how the company works around one idea: the property manager or board member should never be the last to know what happened on their property.

How we see the problem

Most landscapers are not fired over price

They are fired because the manager stopped trusting what they were told. A resident calls about a dead hedge before the vendor mentions it. An owner asks about an irrigation invoice and nobody can explain it.

The manager becomes the vendor's quality control, and their own name ends up on the problem. We see 3 causes behind almost every failed landscape contract.

Green Image crew member maintaining an HOA property

No record

The crew comes and goes, and the manager has no way to know what was done unless they walk the property themselves.

No comparison

Every bid is written a different way, so the board can only compare totals, and the lowest total wins even when it covers the least.

No owner

When plants die, the installer blames the maintenance and the maintenance company blames the install. The property pays twice.

What we built to fix it

3 commitments we make on every property

Each one answers a cause above.

Proof after every visit

After every visit the manager receives photos and a short written note on what was done and what needs attention next.

Scopes and invoices you can compare

Every proposal uses the same format, with a named scope and named exclusions. The invoice matches what was approved, and extras are proposed in writing with photos before any work starts.

Plants warranted for life

When we run the full program on your property, covering maintenance, irrigation, and fertilization and pest control, every plant and tree we install and maintain is warranted for life. If one dies, we replace it.

We call before we are called. If something is wrong on your property, you hear it from us first.
How we work

How we take on a new property

The same 6 steps on every account, from the first walk to the yearly review.

01

Walk

We walk the property with you and listen to what has gone wrong before.

02

Assess

We document the condition of turf, plants, trees and irrigation, with photos.

03

Propose

You get a written scope with named exclusions that you can put next to any other bid.

04

Launch

We start on a planned date with a named account manager and a schedule you can see.

05

Serve

Every visit is documented with photos and a written note sent to you.

06

Stay close

We review the property with you on a set schedule and raise issues before they become complaints.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to

We own it all

If it happens on a property we care for, it is ours to fix. We do not point at another vendor.

We do what we say

The scope we write is the work we do, and the invoice matches it.

We communicate early

You hear about a problem from us before you hear about it from a resident or an owner.

We live excellence

We hold every property to the standard we would want on our own street.
